For ages 21+ only

bs789's commitment to responsible gaming

Play within your limits and enjoy the fun — bs789 is always here to make sure you have a safe and healthy betting experience.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online betting is a form of entertainment — it is not a primary source of income. bs789 always wants our users to play with enjoyment and within their own means. When gambling goes out of control, it can have serious effects on personal, family, and financial life.

We believe that a safe platform is not just about offering good games — it also means taking active steps to protect players. On this page you can learn how bs789 helps you play responsibly and where to seek help if problems arise.

Age limit: 21+ only

To open an account on bs789 and take part in any betting or gaming activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. We carry out regular age verification and reserve the right to close any account found to be in violation.

Our protective tools

The bs789 platform has a number of tools that help you stay in control of your own play. Use these tools and stay safe.

Deposit Limit

Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant; raising one takes effect after 24 hours.

Time-Out

You can take a temporary break lasting from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in or place bets. The break cannot be cancelled before it expires.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is causing problems for you, choose self-exclusion. This closes your account on a long-term basis and you will need to wait at least 6 months before regaining access.

Betting History Review

Log in to your account at any time to view your betting history and records of deposits and withdrawals. Keeping track of your own spending is the first step in responsible gaming.

Warning Messages

bs789 displays on-screen reminders about time spent and money spent at regular intervals. If you play for a long continuous period, the system will automatically suggest that you take a break.

24/7 Support

Signs of a problem

If any of the following apply to you, it is a warning sign. Be honest with yourself and seek help.

You are spending more than your budget and feeling regret afterwards
You are placing larger bets to try to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
You want to stop playing but find you cannot
You are hiding your betting from family or friends
Your daily routine, sleep, or relationships are being affected
You feel anxious or irritable when you are unable to play
You are betting with borrowed money or skipping essential expenses to bet

The golden rules of safe gaming

Following these simple habits keeps betting enjoyable at all times.

Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your household
Set a time limit and budget before each session and stick to them
See betting as entertainment, not as a way to earn money
Do not bet when you are feeling down, tired, or under the influence of alcohol
Take regular breaks and spend time on other hobbies
Let a family member or trusted friend know about your gaming
If you sense a problem, contact support right away

Deposit and withdrawal policy

Minimum deposit

The minimum deposit amount at bs789 is ৳100 — the same rule applies for every payment method. You can deposit quickly and securely via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Start with a small amount and understand your own limits.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Winnings are generally sent to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account within 1 hour. Before betting with your winnings again, consider your budget carefully.

Welcome bonus and wagering awareness

The bs789 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. Read the terms and conditions carefully before claiming a bonus and do not be tempted to bet more than you planned just to meet bonus requirements.
